Either in person or over the phone, OakCity Websites will meet with you to kickoff the relationship, learn about your business, and gather the necessary information to better understand your vision for your website.
The website building process is a collaborative process between OakCity Websites and you, the client. OakCity Websites will ask for you to provide things like photographs, company description, and contact information.
Now that OakCity Websites has a good sense for your vision, and you have provided us with the appropriate assets, we will get to work and craft the first draft of your website. This process typically takes about one week.
Upon completion, we will send you a link to the first draft of your website, and await your feedback. Typically, this process can be conducted over email, but if easier, OakCity Websites is more than happy to hop on a phone call.
After receiving your feedback, OakCity Websites heads back to the workshop and gets busy making your requested changes. Generally, this process takes just a few days, and may involve a few rounds of back-and-forth with you, our client.
Once you sign off on the final product, we set your website live, and give you access to our portal where you can easily make updates to your site on the fly. If at any point you have questions on how to do this, we offer 24/7 support.
